This Privacy Policy informs users about the methods of protecting personal data in the Store operating under the domain kissenland.com (hereinafter also referred to as the Store).

Personal data contained in the contract will be processed for the period specified by applicable law.

You are informed of your right to access your personal data, correct it, and request restrictions on its processing. You are also informed of your right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to data portability. Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. The supervisory authority is the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, with its office at ul. Stawki 2 in Warsaw (or its successor authority after January 28, 2025).

Providing personal data is a condition for concluding a contract. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to conclude the sales contract and fulfill its provisions.

4. IP Addresses

The Store's traffic is monitored using internal statistics. This data is collected to assess general customer preferences and to prepare the most attractive offer possible. IP addresses are necessary to correctly track customer traffic in different areas of the Store and to suggest new products offered by the Store.

5. Cookies

We use cookies. Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, that help determine user preferences in the Store. Without cookies, it would not be possible to remember products in the cart of an unlogged customer.
